Our Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of volunteers
from the general membership of TPA and governs the
operation of the Association, as well as the development
of policies and public positions on issues affecting the
property taxpayers of Cape May
|
Who is TPA:
The Property Taxpayers of Cape May City are a unique mix
of permanent residents living in the homes they own, the
owners of the many commercial properties in Cape May,
and the owners of a “second home” who pay taxes but do
not reside in Cape May.
While all property owners share a commitment to the
economic vitality of our City, their opportunity to be
heard depends on where they live. In fact, 85% of
the Cape May residential property owners do not and
cannot vote because they do not reside Cape May.
As a core part of our mission, TPA is a voice for all
Property Taxpayers and, often, the only voice for many
of our Property Taxpayers.
